Exceptionally nice location when travelling to Nairobi. Really enjoyable stay in tranquil area. A nice size and brand-new unit with an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware.

The staff was efficient and the food was savoury. The location turned out to be excellent, really close to VGA and HDMI ports, the Karura forest which makes for magical views for the rooms on the forest side and Restaurants and malls.

The staff we met were very rude.

Loved my nice stay for four nights. The double room with view of beautiful forest had all necessary amenities. The staff was welcoming, exceptional, and everything was amazing. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, close to pretty much everything, convenient to go everywhere...

The hotel location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect to the central business district. We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with the grand feel and a comfortable bed, as for instance and it was available. The staff was particularly helpful, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

I had the a double room which was beautifully designed and airy in lower floors. The check in was fast, the staff was very pleasant and incredibly nice. Location: the hotel was not far from the Karuna forest, malls and restaurants and bordering Karura Forest, and river. I found nice The Copper Ivy by accident, it was not too far away from the property.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Nairobi. The breakfast area at the back of the hotel was truly spectacular, surrounded by huge trees and even some resident monkeys. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The rooms were fairly clean and the bedding was comfortable. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The stay here was awesome for a night. The location in a fairly quiet area was great. There was a pleasant restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel. It was about 15 km from the airport.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and a private safe, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. Thanks to the courteous staff everything was awesome, including lots ofyummy food. Great and brilliant location just next door to Karura forest and accommodation, Close to the city centre and the nearest store or restaurant, could not be better.
